Next step is to bring or send the device to us for a free diagnostic because the sooner we receive it the higher the chances of us being able to repair it.

Apple Parts

Are your parts Apple or OEM

Contrary to popular belief, Apple Inc. does not manufacture any parts. The parts used in Apple products are bought from 3rd party suppliers and are assembled in China. We use similar vendors for all of our parts and they are manufactured with the same OEM specifications as the original. So although we cannot say that our parts are “from Apple” we can guarantee that our parts are of the highest quality available. However, we do offer parts directly from other brands such as Samsung, LG, and Motorola.
